President of the European Union

The European Union does not have, and never has had, a President. Jean–Claude Juncker is President of the European Council; the President of the European Commission is Donald Tusk. There is also a President of the European Parliament – currently Antonio Tajani.

Having offered the answer "Donald Tusk" to this question, I was particularly miffed to find on later investigation that on its President of the European Union page (where it explains that "the official title President of the European Union (or President of Europe) does not exist"), Wikipedia lists the President of the European Commission  (Tusk) first and the President of the European Council (Juncker) second.
